First of all, we would like to thank you for the zAIBOT IDO. However, you will appreciate that, according to the announcement, this IDO will be held only through BSCPAD and AIPAD. As you know, you have 10 Launchpads and each of them has investors. We think there is a lack of support for these Launchpads on IDO. Investors are not given any information about postponed IDOs. For example; Dotpad, EarnZ, Moonsale, Dcaps etc.

When you look at both Bitcoin and Altcoin metrics, you are aware that the market is moving in a positive direction. We also think that you follow the Launchpad market as closely as we, the investors, do. Your competitors have been realizing IDO with an average of 10-12x in the last 2-3 months. In addition, this situation has a positive impact on rival launchpad prices. In this positive situation, rival launchpads attract more investors. However, it is impossible to say the same for Bluezilla Launchpads. Also, only 1 IDO was made in 2023 and your investors are not very happy because they think you are lagging behind the market.

We do not invest in Launchpads for Trade. We want to participate in pre-sales and participate in IDOs as early stage investors, but as you have noticed, successful IDOs can be made when certain conditions are met in the market. We can show you other competing Launchpads as examples.

We can say the following as solution suggestions:

- Merging inactive launchpads.

- Can combine with other Launchpads Bscpad, Aipad, Gamezone and Ethpad. Therefore, we can continue with 4 Launchpads.

- Change of Launchpad Stake system.

-The system may include protection of the rights of long-term investors, granting rights such as additional allocation, etc.

- As a result of this merger, there may be more IDOs coming. Because as far as we understand, as many Launchpads exist, it is very difficult to bring IDO to them.

- Informing investors by using communication tools such as Twitter and Telegram more frequently

- Not losing the created hype. For example, Earnz IDO could have been introduced while there was hype on social media platforms such as Frien Tech in the past months. Likewise, while there was Unibot telegram hype, zAIBOT IDO could have happened without delay.

- We request that Bluezilla follow the hype and the market closely and bring IDO regarding these as soon as possible.
