My wallet got hacked, can I move my staked tokens and allocations?

Unfortunately we are not able to move any of your staked tokens or allocations for you as it's all governed by a smart contract and we can't interfere with it. These can be only unstaked/claimed by you (or anyone who has access to your wallet address private key/seed phrases).

In case your wallet address is hacked you can request from us to unbind the hacked address for KYC purposes, so you can then redo your KYC with a new wallet address, but once again we're not able to retrieve any of your tokens.

Just a reminder, please never give your seed phrases/private key to anyone and store it in a safe place!
