Problems with bridge/swap/stake transactions

1. First of all make sure you have enough Matic to cover the gas fees

2. Check the current gas fees ie on this website: https://polygonscan.com/gastracker

3. Adjust your gas values accordingly(use rapid speed gwei value), if the transaction still doesn't go through try to change the recommended gas fees to double values.
